- The Art of Letting Go...In Art Therapy ·September 28, 2025In autumn, even the trees know when to release. Letting go is not abandonment—it’s a ritual of trust. We shed what no longer serves, not out of despair, but devotion. A dried petal, a faded memory, a caption that no longer fits. Each release makes space for breath, for clarity, for new roots. This week, I invite you to let go gently. Through floral essence, through quiet rituals, through art that doesn’t ask for perfection. Let your healing be soft. Let your resistance be graceful. Let your presence be enough.000
- My Birthday Celebration...In Art Therapy ·September 25, 2025Aujourd’hui, je célèbre en rituel.
- 🌸 Koöko in motion. In Art Therapy ·September 24, 2025Golden stillness, cherry blossoms, and quiet resolve— as I work. Not perfectly, not endlessly, but presently. Procrastination is a whisper; I choose the louder grace of doing. Let this be a gentle nudge to begin, wherever you are.004
- Tea Ritual CornerIn Art Therapy ·September 14, 2025In the late afternoon, Koöko fleurs slows down. The light shifts across the linen cloth, catching the rim of a ceramic teacup. Steam rises gently from a blend of lemon balm and calendula, and the room exhales. This is not just tea. It’s a ritual of emotional clarity. We styles our tea corners like we styles our life—with intention. A single cup, handmade and speckled. A folded cloth, soft with memory. A small dish of herbs, waiting to be steeped. The scent of citrus and chamomile fills the air, anchoring the moment in warmth. There is no clutter here. Only care. The tea ritual corner is a space of emotional alignment. It’s where clarity meets comfort. Where ceramic holds warmth, and scent becomes presence. It’s not about caffeine—it’s about connection. This is how Koöko Fleurs lives: slowly, softly, and with deep attention.003

Melt the wax gently in a double boiler. 2. Add the dried rosemary and stir slowly—imagine stirring in strength. 3. Blend in the oils, breathing deeply as you do. 4. Place the wick in your container and pour the wax carefully. 5. Let it cool and set—ideally overnight. 6. Before lighting, hold the candle and whisper an intention: “I stand in my truth. - Scented Rituals: A Nordic Pause in Eco Art TherapyIn Art Therapy ·September 13, 2025In the quiet corners of our day, scent becomes a guide. A flickering candle, a drop of oil, the soft breath of incense—each one invites us to slow down, to return. Eco Art Therapy, inspired by Nordic simplicity, embraces these rituals not as luxuries, but as tools for emotional grounding. We craft with beeswax, wild herbs, and floral essences. We shape soaps with care, blend oils for clarity, and light candles to soften the space around us. These small acts—intentional, seasonal, sensory—help us reconnect with nature and ourselves. They are a homecoming to what feels essential. What scent grounds you today?001
