Take a slow inhale…

Let your eyes rest on the sky above you.


Notice how the light filters through the clouds — not rushing, not forcing, simply arriving.


Let your breath follow that same rhythm:

expanding gently, softening gently.


As the clouds shift, imagine your thoughts doing the same — drifting, reshaping, dissolving into brightness.


Stay with the openness for a moment.

Feel the spaciousness above you echo inside your chest.


And when you exhale, release anything that feels too heavy.

Let the sky hold it for you.
