Introduction (10 min) – Setting the Intention


Welcome to your journey into color energy healing!

Colors influence our mood, energy, and emotional state. Today, you will learn simple yet powerful exercises to recharge and rebalance yourself using color therapy.


Preparation:

- Find a quiet space where you can relax.

- Haveba notebook & pen for reflections.

- (Optional) Use colored fabrics, candles, or light filters to enhance your experience.


Opening Reflection:

- Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.

- Imagine a color surrounding you—what color comes to mind naturally?

- Write down how this color makes you feel.


Color Activation: Energy & Visualization (15 min)

Harnessing color energy through guided visualization and breathing.


Step 1: Color Breathing

- Choose an energizing color (Red, Yellow, Orange).

- As you inhale, imagine the color flowing into your body, filling every cell with energy.

- As you exhale, release fatigue and tension.

- Repeat for 2–3 minutes.


Step 2: Color Meditation

- Close your eyes and visualize a glowing sphere of your chosen color.

- Let it slowly expand around you, creating a protective, energetic aura.

- Stay in this visualization for 5 minutes, absorbing the color’s strength.


Reflection:

- What did you feel during this exercise?

- Did the chosen color affect your mental state?


Understanding the Power of Colors (15 min) – The Science & Symbolism


Colors have unique frequencies that influence emotions and energy.


Color Breakdown:

- Red → Vitality, motivation, strength

- Blue → Calmness, mental clarity, relaxation

- Green → Renewal, growth, balance

- Yellow → Creativity, optimism, energy

- Purple → Wisdom, intuition, spiritual healing


Self-Discovery Activity:

- Write down a goal you want to achieve.

- Choose a color that represents the energy needed for this goal.

- Incorporate this color into your environment (clothes, decor, screens, vision boards).


Interactive Energy Reset (15 min) – Color Journaling & Therapy


Journaling Exercise:

- Reflect: What color feels missing from your energy today?

- Write down three ways you can introduce this color into your life (visualization, clothing, art, nature, accessories).


Simple DIY Chromotherapy Practices:

- Colored water: Drink from a bottle in the color you need.

- Candles & lighting: Use colored lights to shift moods in your space.

- Digital wallpapers: Select a color-based background for motivation & serenity.


Closing & Daily Color Reset (5 min)


Take a moment to reflect on today’s practice:

- Which color made you feel most energized?

- How will you use color therapy daily?


Final Affirmation:

Choose a color and say: _"I welcome the energy of (chosen color). I feel balanced, refreshed, and empowered."
